Safe-T-Coolers

Safe-T-Box was developed for applications that need the protection provided by the Xpander Pak Rx product in a larger size container. Safe-T-Box incorporates the thermal and cushioning properties of fully flexible foam into a corrugated container that can be knocked down into a flat layer (similar to the way corrugated boxes are stored) until erected and used. A protective layer of foam lines all walls of the container providing protection from excessive temperatures, shock and vibration.

Safe-T-Cooler was developed as a cost effective alternative to EPS, expanded polystyrene, coolers or lined boxes.

The benefits of Safe-T-Cooler are listed below.

1. Safe-T-Cooler insulates more efficiently than styrene coolers, generally 8-12%

2. Safe-T-Cooler can be shipped in box form or flat packed which reduces storage space up to 70%

3. Safe-T-Cooler is constructed with the same quality foam that is used for shipping pharmaceuticals

4. Safe-T-Cooler generally provides enough protection to ship “Second Day” as opposed to overnight with styrene coolers

5. Safe-T-Coolers are available in white or natural tan exteriors

6. Safe-T-Coolers are available in plain or custom printed designs.
